UAEU Workshop
The FoodTech Challenge Team held a workshop at the College of Food and Agriculture at United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), where we introduced over 70 students to global trends in food security and the UAE’s efforts towards achieving a food secure world. Several students presented their food technology ideas and projects, and we discussed ways to structure and improve their submissions.
The workshop was attended by Dr. Elke Neumann, Department Chair of Integrative Agriculture at UAEU, as well as various other faculty within the College of Food and Agriculture.
